Ridewell Adds Project Engineer

Springfield, MO –  May 17, 2011  – Ridewell Suspensions is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew Koontz to the engineering team. Koontz graduated from the Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S & T) in May 2009, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. As Project Engineer, he works primarily with auxiliary axle suspensions.

Koontz comes to Ridewell with over 10 years of design experience. His background includes the designing of tank components, as well as tools for improving production metrics, and Koontz is optimistic about his future with the company. “My enthusiasm for working at Ridewell has only been strengthened by my initial days with the company, and I look forward to contributing to future successes at Ridewell,” said Koontz.

Director of Engineering Bruce Barton is also optimistic about adding Koontz to the team. “Matthew is a team player with great skills, and I am confident we made the right decision by adding him to the engineering team.”
