Manufacturing Environment

Ridewell's manufacturing process starts with a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements and proceeds through the design work of our Engineering Department which utilizes the latest quality tools including FEA, design reviews, CAD-CAE and in-house durability testing. A continuous improvement cycle is utilized in all phases of production, quality control and shipping to assure that our customers consistently receive and are satisfied with the products they have ordered.

Ridewell's 116,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant is equipped with advanced research and development technology, CAD/CAE/CAM engineering and CNC machining centers, press brakes, and laser cutters. Fine welding, a hallmark of our products, is performed both robotically and conventionally by experienced employees.
