Donya Pendergraft

Donya Pendergraft has been with Ridewell since June 2017. She started as a customer service rep and in October 2019 became the Customer Service Manager. She leads the team with encouragement to provide excellent customer service. From a quick lookup of shipping charges or tracking orders to troubleshooting part identification or helping spec new suspensions, Donya always greets each issue with the same enthusiasm. Outside of work, chasing her toddler and dogs keeps her and her husband plenty busy. Donya also enjoys photography and spending time with her family and friends.

Keith Johnson

Keith Johnson has been providing customer service to Ridewell clients since 1997. He commonly helps customers with researching of application needs, troubleshooting delivery options for manufacturers and placing quick turn around orders. When not providing all-around service to our clients, Keith enjoys automotive and furniture restoration projects, gardening and spending time with his family.

Tripper Jensen

Tripper Jensen is the newest member of the Customer service team but has become a go-to for parts identification, setting up new orders, and finding local dealers for our clients. With a degree in Internation Business management, Tripper brings a versatile set of skills to the customer service team. When not providing inside sales assistance and customer service, Tripper is an avid golfer. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Jody Rapp

With 23 years with Ridewell under his belt, Jody Rapp is very helpful with not only our current models and parts, but with any out of production part, our clients may still have questions about. He’s good at troubleshooting issues and gives great technical advice for our clients When not giving world-class customer service, Jody enjoys spending time outdoors with his family doing things like camping kayaking and hunting.
