  • Starting Pay is $19.50 an hour. 2nd shift receives $1.00 shift differential.
  • Pay increase at 90-days.
  • 2nd Shift hours are 4:25pm-2:55am Monday through Thursday.
  • If mandatory overtime is called it is typically on Fridays.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Fixture parts and operate robot per work instructions.
  • Finish weld parts to blueprint specifications/work instructions.
  • Adhere to Ridewell weld procedures and specifications.
  • Follow AWS symbols and requirements.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleanup.
  • Perform 1st part and in-process inspections to ensure product meets quality standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pass Ridewell welder certification test.
  • Blueprint reading.
  • Read measuring devices (i.e. – tape measure, hook rule, protractor, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • 1-year experience in a production-welding environment.
  • Experience with lift tables, cranes, hoists.
  • Carbon arc experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, pull weights up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Work 10-hour shifts.
  • Standing/walking on concrete floors for long periods.
  • Bending and kneeling on a regular basis.

  • Safety performance.
  • Quality of work.
  • Production compared to standards.

Working Conditions: Indoor, light manufacturing environment, union facility, in a team-oriented atmosphere with ear, eye, and foot protection required.
