He’s good at troubleshooting issues and gives great technical advice for our clients When not giving world-class customer service, Jody enjoys spending time outdoors with his family doing things like camping kayaking and hunting.

Vince Eaton brings over 17 years of excellent customer service experience in the trailer parts industry to Ridewell. His extensive knowledge has seamlessly transitioned to our company, where he has quickly mastered our parts and current models. Vince is dedicated to providing quick and accurate answers to your questions, whether by phone or email, and thrives on the challenge of identifying parts. In his spare time, he enjoys quality moments with his wife and two young daughters, playing in the yard or engaging in indoor games, while also indulging his passion for watching hockey and baseball.
Sharon Prugger
Sharon Prugger serves as a dedicated Customer Service Representative at Ridewell Suspensions, bringing with her over 17 years of valuable customer service experience. She is married to her supportive husband, Cody, and they share their home with two playful dogs and one grumpy cat. Sharon brings a vibrant energy to her workplace, always ensuring that she and her colleagues have fun while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Outside of her career, she pursues her passion for photography, capturing moments of beauty and creativity in her free time. Sharon’s ability to balance her professional responsibilities with her personal interests makes her a valued and well-rounded member of the Ridewell team.

Tyler brings more than 15 years of manufacturing experience to the Ridewell team, including three years in supervisory roles and three years dedicated to Ridewell Suspensions. With hands-on expertise in building and working with Ridewell suspension systems, Tyler has developed a deep understanding of customer needs, what defines a high-quality suspension, and how to ensure every customer leaves confident and satisfied with their product.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys fishing, hunting, racing, and spending time with his wife and two kids. On most weekends, you’ll find him watching NASCAR or enjoying the outdoors with his family.
